★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice old housing board flat. Location is excellent. Next to it are hard courts for basketball and soccer. A sheltered pavilion and a children play ground and also a small exercise corner just next to the block. Across the road are some food outlets, coffee shops and a supermarket.
