โ โ โ โ โ Normal hdb flat with coffee shop at both ends of the ground floor..i hv gone there purposely to get the rice n roll with chives $3..there is also plain ($2.5), prawn ($4), scallop($4.5), takeaway extra 20cts. The chilli with dry shrimp adds flavor and the light slightly sweet soya sauce is great ? Overall is worth buying as it is handmade on the spot..warm , savory and sweet!

โ โ โ โ โ 2 coffe shops on each side. Recommend Indian stall selling prata, beranyi n rojak. Nice chaykuayteow. Other side nice bakkutey n braised duck.

โ โ โ โ โ Lots of good food for dabao during covid period, 2 coffeeshops with one more opposite at blk 108. Convenience store and and vending machines available. But sad to say no atm machines to date.

Two coffee shop under one block!
And there another coffeeshop that's totally HALAL less than 5 min away.
That sell make to order pizza(not prepack pizza from 7-11 or cheers) ranging from 8-12 buck.
