Brought my dog to the clinic for surgery on 1st Jan 2022. She was diagnosed with aural haematoma by Zumpet(via zoom). Dr.Liu is very professional and a reliable vet. He and his team went the extra mile for my dog. He provided services such as scailing and polishing as her teeth was badly decayed. He also did nail clipping. They created a whatsapp group chat to ensure that we were constantly aware of what is being done (such as sending images/video of the surgery, scailing and polishing). Post-op, their team was in touch with me to check if my dog is doing well and if I have any doubts about the medication prescribed. It wasn't easy handling my dog as she is aggressive. However, the team was very professional and helpful in guiding us on putting the muzzle. The team was also very thorough with the medical examination. Overall, I am extremely pleased with their service and I would like to thank the entire team from the receptionist to the vet who are so dedicated and reliable. I had a pleasant experience with United vet clinic and I would bring my dog here for future visits.

Unnecessary test after test and when asked why does it need to be done, they can’t give an answer. It just reaches the point where you just know they are trying to earn money out of me instead of genuinely wanting to treat my pet. Regret bringing my boy to this clinic. He was clearly not going to make it and I feel they took advantage of us at that point of time knowing we were desperate to find any means of treating him. Please do not bring your pets here if they are in critical condition. Some of the vets are not competent . Disappointing. Will never return .

Send my dog in on 29/12. Diagnosed with pancreatitis after blood test. No ultrasound was done even we have made a request Dog put on iv & antibiotics. Visited her on 1/1belly was much bigger. Informed vet but vet said my dog tensed up easily and she has 公主病（spoilt brad). Based on blood test alone they did not find anything suspicious. 2/1 visited my dog again. Belly got even bigger. Blood test came back with more abnormal. Vet ran a ultrasound and could not diagnosed what is wrong. Advised us to send to a&e. During her 5days which cost $2400 in the clinic the vet failed to see that my dog belly is swelling rapidly visually. We have send her to a&e on 2/1 until now she is still in ICU.

Charged almost $790 for bringing in my cat for diarrhea. This is my very first vet visit as a new pet owner and hence went ahead with the vet’s recommendations. However Dr Liu ordered more than $500 worth of tests just to diagnose my cat. I was not informed about the cost when he recommended them. There was also more blood tests than expected. He recommended to do blood tests to ensure her kidney function is okay for her medicines- which I later learnt is not common for young cats (mine is 1yo only). Although the clinic did whatsapp to follow up on my cat’s status, I will not be going back to this clinic as I feel that redundant tests were done for profit. And these tests added up to the hundreds. The clinic also makes us sign a consent form when we register. Until now, my cat has not recovered from her diarrhea. Extremely disappointed and now fearful of getting overcharged for vet visits.

Very clean and professional vet. The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating towards us and our pet. The vet gave us many tips, information and instructions on how to take care of our new pet. He did a very thorough checkup and was very knowledgeable in handling animals.

My experience was good. Much better than the last clinic I brought my 2 dogs to. United explained the costs of treatment, tests, medication and supplements in detail. It is up to the owner to make the decision. I also like that United followed up via WhatsApp after the procedure. I am staying with them.

-competent and caring vets? Check -communicative and attentive front office staff? Check -reasonable prices?? Check -flexible scheduling? Check!! I LOVE this place. My 3 cats came from a very high end (and pricey) vet clinic in New York City b4 relocating to Sg. The service at united has been too notch and even beyond what I experienced in NY. One of the cats (diabetic) was hospitalized upon arrival to Sg and made a complete recovery under the tender care of Dr Pamela. All the vets are great! If your a caring pet owner who wants to do right by your animals, and looking for caring vets/superb front office staff that will communicate with u properly, this is the place for you

Brought my dog there a few years back, found out she has kidney failure. Wasn’t allowed to bring my dog back as more tests are needed which we understands. Stayed in the vet for a few days and they told us to let the dog stay for awhile more as she has more tests scheduled for later or tomorrow - every single day. We asked them almost daily if we can discharge our dog and was always told that there’s more tests, if tomorrow’s tests improved then maybe she can be discharged by then. And only allowed to bring the dog home after we pressured them. Total of medical bill for about a week stay is more than $6K (-$20 for what they called a goodwill discount as they know our bill is too high). Not sure why knowing that we will soon not be able to afford the bill but still refused to let us bring the dog to another vet and said to let her stay until her condition gets better or ensure someone is there to care for her at home. As a student, $6K is not little. While waiting for the staff to bring our dog out, saw the receptionist auntie feeding some dog McNuggets that she was eating. Brought our dog to another vet closer to our home and requested for a vet whom we had seen almost a decade back. Found out that her kidney failure won’t be able to improve and especially she is 16 years old which is super old for a dog. Felt like we got scammed by United Vet instead with promises that her tests would improve and they can discharge her etc. Their medication and products are more expensive than other vets too.
