Think twice. This is an Executive 5room Flat, no smaller units.
Ensure owner is not fussy. A fussy owner should not put up his place for rent.
If owner wants you to "professionally" clean and steam his whole house ,you better think twice .... this adds extra $500 to $1k to your total rental budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A quiet place. 7 minutes to MRT/ Sunplaza. 2 Giant and 2 NTUC supermarts within 1/2 km radius. Convenient and low cost "outskirt". Not far from Sembawang Park, and few bus stops away from the only hot spring in SG. The biggest God of Wealth statue (8 tonnes) in Asia is within walking distance. This is indeed a unique and really nice place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walking distance to MRT/ Sun Plaza. Near to primary school but hardly hear any noise. Very convenient with 2 Giant marts and 2 NTUC Fairprice nearby. Nearest kopitiam, 7-11, schools and Grocery mart are about 100m-150m away. HDB Flats here are cheap and big.
Nearby Sembawang hot spring (The only one in SG), Sembawang park with seaview, upcoming Bukit Canberra and the future North South Corridor, makes this a very unique place. Good for investment too.
