★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some units are incredibly small here. The community is not very pleasant and everyone seems generally stressed out(pre-lockdown).
If you’re getting a unit on the ground floor, don’t even think about it. You will smell the trash every morning, and the noise is bad in the afternoon.
What should be a less than 10 min walk to the mrt seems like an eternity because of an uphill and downhill walk.
Would not recommend especially for young families.
