As usual, I had a wonderful experience with Cars & Coffee again. This is the second time I bought from Esmonde again. He is always available to answer my concerns patiently whenever I call him. Also, efficient and delivered as promised by Esmonde. Highly recommended!

Absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism and courtesy displayed by the staff at Cars & Coffee. Was busy with my schedule and had sent my son down to their commonwealth showroom to check one of the cars out on my behalf. Son and his friend showed up only to be turned away by the staff citing that an appointment was needed as they were fully booked. However there was only a small number of customers in their showroom, leaving more than enough space for both my son and his friend to spend their time in. To conclude, lady at the front desk asked my son and his friend for one of their numbers before they were ushered out of the building in hopes of promising to call them regarding the next available appointment which was the next day. However no call was ever made and they were left hanging instead. It seems to me that some of the staff are just a bunch of stuck up and egoistic salespersons that would only entertain customers if they deem that they can afford the cars. Truly disappointing experience. Highly advised to deal at your own risk.

Best Car buying experience ever!!! from 1st contact to take delivery of a brand new car in 10 days. Thanks to Winzie Choi whom took extra miles during CNY Sunday to show me around the showroom and responded quickly for all my queries (close for CNY) Thanks to Sonny Lee, a super prompt and knowledgeable sales person, answering to all my queries and always ready to assist.

Arranged to view the vehicle with Esmonde without much expectations. However, after going through the purchase process, I can confidently say he is one of the best car sales folks I have dealt with thus far. Professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction and going the extra mile are some of the highlights of my experience with Esmonde. There were several hiccups along the way after the deal was penned, but Esmonde was able to find solutions to those hiccups to ensure that I received my vehicle by my stipulated date. I will highly recommend Esmonde and certainly look to him when making another car purchase, whether it might be new or used.

I am looking for a Mercedes Benz E300 Coupe. I visited a few reputable car dealers and finally decided to buy my car from Cars & Coffee because I was delighted to deal with someone who acted professionally by stating the facts without beating around the bush, unlike some car dealers who only sell cars for the sake of selling. Most importantly, I was not made to buy under pressure. Kudos to Melvin Yong who has gone the extra mile in addressing my queries and ensuring a smooth transaction (though there was an initial misunderstanding on the correct car chassis number). If you are considering buying a car, I would highly recommend Cars & Coffee as it was truly a great experience! Of course, not forgetting the coffee and fruit tea.

Recently, I bought a car from Cars and Coffee, and dealt with Damien. I have to say he was really patient and responsive, throughout the entire process. He definitely went the extra mile, putting the customer first and couldn’t have asked more. I would recommend anyone looking for a car, to look up Damien.

Our first time buy in SG and got exceptional service made by sales persons Damien and Sylvester in explaining committments from cars and coffee for buyers. I will recommend Cars and Coffee for those looking for PI cars. Very reliable customer service and pricing.

We went to Cars & Coffee looking for first and second hand cars. We met sales team manager Willie Koh who was incredibly helpful in sharing his knowledge and point of view. He was genuinely helpful and not pushy in anyway as most car sellers are. He also shared some great tips on evaluating car prospects. I will certainly think of cars and coffee in the future though we may not be buying a car from them yet as they are currently out of stock on models we were keen on. And thanks for the free coffee as well ;)
