They had prompt replies all my questions professionally throughout the whole process. Our photographer, Su Wen was so patient.. and kind. She knows how to entertain babies well and captures the beautiful and precious moments. I'm so grateful to her and the team for the awesome services. Can't wait to see the photos! I know i will definitely love them all.

She was patient and was able to capture our son’s smiles. She was very friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed our time spent at the shoot. Great eye for detail and outdoor shots are taken beautifully. The photographer, Su Wen, handled the shoot very professionally and worked very well with our daughter, making her comfortable and made a smile brightly. The studio is also well equipped with lots of toys for kids, a diaper changing area and bathroom for showering our daughter after the exciting cake smash photo shoot. Importantly, the photos turn out very well and will definitely recommend anyone who is looking to capture wonderful memories of your loved one.

Su Wen was our photographer and she was professional and patient throughout the entire shoot. She was able to engage with my son and elder daughter and made them smile for the shoot. Setup was beautifully done up by the team before our arrival and our photographer, Su Wen was very patient throughout the shoot. Her assistant, Hidayat and herself were trying their best to make our girl smile as it was close to her nap time and she was sleepy towards the end. But, they were still very understanding and we were grateful for that! Would highly recommend Bloom Photography and we can't wait for the end results of the photos! Prior to the shoot, they were responsive to my queries and also provided information on how to prepare ourselves for the shoot. During the shoot, Su Wen was the photographer. Despite being there the first time, she was able to quickly identify a suitable area for the photoshoot. She and her partner were also able to quickly set up the area for the shoot.
