โ โ โ โ โ Horrible service. Rented helium tanks from them. Tried calling them to explain that I have to work and can only return after 5pm. The staff rudely insisted I return to the industrial estate shop during weekend before closing at 4pm. Otherwise, I need to pay late fees calculated by the day.
On the other note, the number of inflatable balloons per helium tank was grossly overstated. Neither service nor product is acceptable.

โ โ โ โ โ Definitely one of the lowest cost and good quality balloons you can ever find in spore! Recently, I went down to their warehouse to get my balloons for my 21st birthday and opted for delivery service. The staff was friendly and provided professional advice to aid in my decoration. I received punctual delivery on that day too! I'll definitely come back and order from them again! They accept orders from both online and walk-in (weekdays only) to their warehouse. You may also visit their retail store 'Party Joy' at Parkway Parade which opens everyday from Monday to Sunday.

Came 20 mins late - yet they did not berate me for it even though their closing time was at 5pm. Very grateful to harvest well balloons, thank you so much!
