β β β β β I ordered a gift hamper with them and the delivery timing is 2pm - 6pm, however, itβs almost 8pm still yet to receive the order. I have called in at 5:30pm then sale person told me will receive it soon, until 7pm Facebook messenger to them but they told me delivery timing is 9pm - 10pm. Gosh ! I have been waiting for them 2 hours late yet they still give me this answer for me...really disappointed with their service. Only one time enough for me ! I wonβt order any gift and flower bouquets with them again...

β β β β β Ordered a wonderful custom bouquet of exotic Kenyan Roses from Bloomdale as a surprise for a friend. Delivery was prompt and my friend loved the beautiful flowers! Great job!

β β β β β was initially worried when reading the google review. but turned out to be very good customer service especially in view of current CB. i needed customised hamper and after calling them, they advised me to email and immediately delivery was made next day. Thumbs up!

β β β β β Delayed orders, no follow-ups, rude/bad customer service, empty promises on delivery dates, Ordered hampers early and was promised delivery on 25th Jan 2019 but have not receive any hampers till today 1 Feb 2019 despite them promising to get it delivered asap. Only 1 email for point of contact, hotline always busy. Don't accept so many orders when you cannot get them delivered within promised time, or at least bother to give us an update. Unacceptable service. Once bitten, twice shy. Definitely will not order the 3rd time.

β β β β β 1. Packaging looks nothing like in photos. Looks ugly. And don't have the decorations as shown. 2. They left an ugly serial no. sticker at the TOP OF THE HAMPER. Will not recommend them. No pride in their work. False advertising. I rather assemble one myself. Cheaper and nicer.

β β β β β Delivered their $268 CNY hamper in a very bad state. Can't believe they dare to deliver their hamper in such conditions.... They did a 1-1 exchange but this has already caused me to lose face in front of my clients. Delivery also postponed without telling me.
