Placed an order on 15/4 Friday and received my flowers today 17/4 Sunday. Received a text message as I didn’t indicate the date of delivery and gift message and response was fast. Pearly was extremely helpful and dedicated in helping my fulfil my order for Valentine's Day :-) The bouquet looks great and extremely presentable as a gift, with nice touches like a bag and balloon. The doorstep delivery also really helps makes things more convenient - she also catered to my stated timing and was very on time and gave a heads-up when she was about to reach. Highly recommended!

I'm super pleased that I chanced upon Le Secret Fleur's website. My original intend was either for LSF to use my exisiting vase and customise an arrangement for me or help me troubleshoot the mess I made with my flowers in that vase. Given the narror dimension of my vase opening, not much can be done hence Pearly helped to give suggestions on what I can do. All this, even before a sale was done! She gave unconditionally despite being busy with the new launch. Coming from a service industry, this is rare and highly commendable. Afterwards, I wanted to show her my support but it was almost impossible to narrow to just 1 for my new house as they were so pretty! I decided to get the Sicilian Summer as Pearly said it was the last piece. No regrets! Love the color combination and the wide variety of flowers! She checked with me the weather conditions and even came all the way to deliver the flowers personally. I'm indeed touched and appreciative of her efforts.
