★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXTREMELY terrible service. Ordered 3 days in advanced and even put under ‘special request’ option for the earliest delivery. Yet seller did not bother to note that request and point fingers at me for not telling him in advance. Hence , order came in very late. Seller was extremely unprofessional and rude. He answered very vaguely to my questions and did not bother to contact his driver to update me of items whereabouts. Did not even apologise for the inconvenience he caused and often ‘seen’ my questions when I texted him on whatsapp. I looked up this company’s review and found out I wasn’t the only one who went through this trouble. Absolutely terrible. Don’t purchase from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i do NOT recommend buying from them. firstly, item was delivered to wrong address eventho postal code and street number was given. boss claims he didnt know where it was . secondly, we stated in special requests that we would like the item for the earliest time slot. we ended up waiting 2 hours with no proper explanation and vague responses from boss. when asked about driver’s whereabouts, boss didnt know which indicates irresponsibility. lasty, boss showed no remorse or did not seem apologetic about the delay. the boss lacked basic communication skills with customers and leaving the customer unsatisfied with the service provided. he was unprofessional and deflects questions when asked about when items would arrive. reading the reviews stated underneath, several have had the same experience as me therefore this may be a issue .i strongly encourage not to buy from here as you may be deeply disappointed with end result

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So happy with their service even thou we are told that the morning slot is closed for Father’s Day. We only managed to get the 1pm-5pm slots. we recieved the item earlier than expected (at about 12pm) so happy abt it. Will definitely order again. Thanks for making it possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered and paid for delivery for 7/7/21 for my daughter’s 16 Birthday for the 9-1pm slot.
At 12.15 I messaged BB. confirming my order , just to make sure I receive it and was told driver was in a certain district. I messaged again at 1pm and they replied “sent”.
2.35pm still no delivery and I messaged again, no response
I called at 3pm and after a few minutes was finally told that the driver had delivered my daughters parcel to the wrong house !
How incompetent is the driver and it doesn’t help the image of the business either.
Driver had to go back to the wrong house, fetch my parcel and delivered it to me around 4pm. Very disappointed with this service provider and their lack of professionalism as I see it’s happened to others as well.
