I am really upset that the balloon bouquet i ordered was not the one i received today for my baby full month. The bouquet i ordered was the babysaurus but the one that came is another bouquet. The company gave me a missed call today which was my bad but they only informed me today when i received the bouquet that the babysaurus was somehow out of stock and the stock that had didnt quite float properly after helium wad pumped in. But how is this my problem?! If their product has issues, they should take it to their supplier or at least inform me days in advance to substitute for something else or refund me. Didnt even apologise properly and brush this entire matter off by saying he would offer me more balloons in my next purchase. As if i would purchase from you again and as if it fix will fix my event today. Bad customer service! Your prices seems better and got free delivery but ur items dont deliver what it says at all. So whats the point? Purchase at your own risk. Angry!

The golden aluminium balloon is flat upon receipt. I emailed yesterday ard 6pm no reply until now. It's disappointing as it is supposed to be a retirement surprise for my mother-in-law. Shouldn't there be a response and not just looking at 1 time business?

And it is so easy to communicate with them on WhatsApp as they are prompt to reply and accommodating to my last min requests. And even manage to deliver on the very same time!
