Mdm Anita is a reliable and trustworthy agent. She picks and trains her helpers carefully. I chose this agency based on my friend's recommendation. Her fees are reasonable as well. She is easy going and takes time to explain to you. She shortlisted the helper for me based on my requirements and then recommended 2 helpers. The first helper did not agree to my requirement and bypassed the agent to make her request to me directly. Mdm Anita is strict about the conduct of her helpers and holds them to high standards. When my helper arrived, I was anxious. But my helper has been nothing short of wonderful. She can hand wash clothes, fold the clothes neatly, sweep and mop the floor, do the necessary cutting and basic cooking well. She has a wonderful attitude and takes alot of initiative around the house. She is on autopilot mode most of the time. I barely tell her to do this and that. She learns everything quickly and she does it on her own accord. She works earnestly and honestly. She said sorry to me for not being able to do more currently as she is still learning our ways (managing kids and cooking). A helper with good work ethics is hard to come by, but something I am grateful for. I am thankful to have engaged this agency and to have my helper. Looking forward to completing the full contract.
