★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is getting a bit senior and tends to forget your previous status when going back for reviews. Have a camera on standby for documenting conditions. Very graphical images in the waiting area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist is very rude! When calling the clinic in the morning, she only say 1 word: "Civic". After I ask politely about whether we need to walk in, and say thank you, she did not said anything, and just cut off the line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here about about one year ago. The only doctor who would propose prednisolone to a patient who have eczema even though there is no flare up and a huge dose at one go on the first visit.
The most amazing thing was that there was no receipt given even though Chas card was used. The receptionist simply type some numbers into a calculator and inform you what is the amount. And for generic medicine being issued from a gp, the bill is 160 dollars after blue Chas?
So strange that MOH fail to detect any "irregularities" in this clinic for the chas scheme.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We would definitely not recommend anyone to the clinic - two of my family members came here for consultation, and ended up with serious repurcussions and infections.
They both ended up going for surgery elsewhere due to the doctor's mishandling of patient. After speaking to the doctor, not only was he unapologetic, he was also extremely aggressive and threatened us.
Health is wealth - please do not put your health and life into the hands of individuals who are this irresponsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited him for my piles problem through the recommendation of a friend. He suggested to perform piles ligation stating that there is a 100 percent success rate. After the treatment despite not solving my piles problem, it got worse with severe swelling around the affected area instead.I went back to confront him about the situation, but he just dismiss the situation and refuse to take up responsibility . On consultation with a hospital specialist after, it was diagnosed that the situation was very serious and require surgery . Such a person with no responsibility and ethics is not fit to be a doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to see this doc more than 10yrs ago for my piles and it lasted me this long. I have also recommended a number of friends and relatives to them though these years.
Last night I went back to see him, Dr Ooi is patient and professional to explain in details. The "machik" was very caring and nice, I guess she know that I am nervous, she kept rubbing my shoulder though out the whole process and that make me feel conforming. The other lady at the counter is also very gentle and patient explaining to me on the medication. Overall they are all nice. I would highly recommend them ???
