I placed my order on 9 June, expecting a delivery on 10 June because they made you pay for same-day delivery. I stress that same-day delivery was the only available option, and not cheap. When I asked, they also said it would be delivering on the 10th.
Late on 10 June (9PM), they told me an item I ordered was unavailable and asked if I wanted a refund OR $13 store credit. Although I initially picked the latter, I decided on the refund instead because it didn't make sense to give me $13 store credit when the unavailable product cost $11.9. That just meant the $11.9 I paid for a product wouldn't be reimbursed - it's just channeled into my future order. When I pointed this out, as well as asked for compensation for the same-day delivery fee because they failed to deliver my other goods on the same day, I was denied. Fine. I received the refund and expected delivery for my other items. On 11 June, they told me they would deliver it by 13 June. On 14 June, they told me they would deliver it by 17 June. Finally on 18 June, they e-mailed me saying most of my items were unavailable and asked if I would like to wait or receive a refund.
Ignoring the fact that 'same-day delivery' became a week (and still not received!), I don't understand why THREE of the four items I ordered were unavailable. I find it unprofessional that they are uploaded on the website when they can't even be received, and boasted same-day delivery too.
I replied the e-mail, asking for a full refund on 18 June. I NEVER received a response to the e-mail until I texted their WhatsApp number on 23 June - that they proceeded not to reply to until another message sent on 24 June. They didn't even know what refund I was referring to. They thought I was referring to the one from way earlier, FROM 10 JUNE. I clarified it was the unanswered e-mail.
Until now, 3 JULY - almost an entire month later from when I first tried to patronise their e-store - I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED my refund. I texted twice on 2 July and they didn't bother replying. I texted again on 3 July and their reply was that they were currently unavailable. How can you wait this long - nearly TWO WEEKS since the first e-mail asking if I wanted a refund - and not reply promptly when you owe customers money?!
Very bad experience. I sincerely have no idea when I will be getting my refund back.
