I knew their delivery starts midday (noon) hence I was quite concern as I need it before noon time. Guess what!! it was delivered before noon time and I was really thrilled. Thank you so much and I really appreciated the effort!!

We turned up on Christmas day, at 6.30 am as all duty free at Changi was closed.
They were out last hope to get a good scotch for family I was visiting that day, while transiting to Sydney.
The warehouse is on Level 4.
After getting up there, the staff member helped us make a selection (McCallum), pay for it online, and accommodated up with a festive bag for the gift; all in about 20 mins.
10/10 service and speed, would highly recommend.

Been following up for months for a refund and even after 100s of emails and calls we haven't received our refund. Such a scam. Waiting for refund of $900 no less and they keep giving us a new date everytime we call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall the natural golf has been experimented. Would be great to have a common and decent golf tee box. However, it was hard to even use the common tee to pin down. That is really a set down. Also, in the cafe, the manager (didn’t got his name.) he was really rule to even calling consumer a cheater. Yes. I was basically asking if I had 2 in stead of 1 pin of beer. He quoted “don’t try to cheat!” After the payment is made. It’s too unnecessary just being clarify? It would be the time I patronise the cafe.
