★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called customer service to ask a simple question - how to pay for charging. EZ link versus credit card. The customer service person could not answer my question and hung up. Long wait time to get to customer service personnel and to get an answer for questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fail. First trip car door cannot open,asked to seek alternative transport. Second trip car cannot start, also asked to seek other transport. So lets follow their advice. Take cab take grab just don't use this ever again. The unreliable condition of their cars will betray your trust again and again. The rude service staff makes the situation worse.
I didn't learn the lesson the first time. I hope you do.
