β β β β β Worst clinic . Worst staff. So rude!! Don't waste your time here. Very slow. They can change appointment time, but we cannot change appointment time. We can wait for them, but they canot wait for patients.

β β β β β I agree with some of the reviewers, that the medicine they describes works for me better than some other clinics(still have no idea why), and Dr Khoo is a great doctor who takes her time to care. There is an improvement in the counter staff attitude since last time it seems.

β β β β β Was suppose to get my booster but abit overshot so come there for nothing as they say dr going to leave alr. No problem, anyways the staff there was super rude especially at the counter, young staff chinese girl I saw how she handled this maid who brought the employer to see the dr, and as the maid was lost and I saw the young staff at the counter asking the maid to just go in first to the room but raising her voice to her, and making the ignorant face as if she was forced to help the maid. Anyways staff can do better.

β β β β β Staff/receptionists there are very unhelpful. Not accommodating at all. The doctor there is very nice tho. I asked for vaccination for my baby but kept telling me to go to polyclinic which is farther away from us. The ladies there must be replaced.

β β β β β Irresponsible admin β made a booking for a pre-departure ART (has to be done 24h before flight), 6 days in advance to lock in a spot. Confirmed all the details with the receptionist and that weβll be able to have a formal report for the flight.
When I went for my appointment on the day of the flight with my family, the clinic said they didnβt have any record of the booking and that they didnβt do pre-departure ARTs anymore. Said they canβt help and told us to go elsewhere. No calls or notifications in the 6 days leading up to our appointment, despite leaving my phone number when making the booking.

β β β β β My family of 4 has been seeing the doctor there for past 8 years. Dr Khoo is extremely patient, knowledgeable and experienced. She takes the extra time and effort to thoroughly explain the condition etc. The consultations are super thorough as she doesn't just brush off your concerns or worries and takes time to explain clearly instead. Some doctors I've seen elsewhere (in Serangoon Gardens) can be rather clinical and condescending but the doctors here are so approachable and friendly. So I'd rather drive to this clinic than walk over to the nearest one around my place.

β β β β β Had been visiting this clinic for more than a decade. From myself, to my 3 kids and up to now. Doctors give clear explanation of the condition and symptoms to look out for. Counter staffs are always ready to assist in any enquiries we might have. Helpful and friendly. Highly recommended clinic. We are here to stay!
