★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time tried the rental out. It was unpleasant as the aircon didn't work. I went for 26 mins and returned it as I couldn't take the heat.
I gave my feedback and it was quickly responded that the company will send a repairman to fix the aircon, and thanked me for my comment.
While thinking of future customers, they forgot about this first time customer. Perhaps a waiver of the first trip and to ask me to try again would have won me over.
Instead, I have shared my negative experience to over 50 people by now as well as written a public Google posting.
