Customer service is exemplary. Period. Huge, huge kudos to Gordon who was the who attended to me. I headed down to the place expecting a 5 min trip, collect the item and leave. First pleasant suprise was that Gordon actually sat down with me and went through the acessories that came along with the board and some installation advice/information(Past customers who bought the same product). Once Gordon was done with the walkthrough, he asked if I had a Zen+ chip to carry out the BIOS flashing procedure since I had intend to put a Zen 2 chip inside. I mean seriously, this shows how aept he is with his technical expertise since he knew this board came with the earliest revision of the BIOS and if I left without the update, I wouldn't be able to boot with a Zen 2 chip. Second pleasant suprise, the entire process took quite long since it had quite a number of flashing to be done. Gordon didn't even bat a eye that it was a late Friday afternoon.
