โ โ โ โ โ I called up and didn't manage to speak to someone but the person texted back v quickly. Had a professionally done form to find out what help we needed. And even offered to pick up the faulty hard disk at no extra charge, saying he was nearby anyway. Recovery was done more swiftly than expected. And he was ready to share tips abt how to care for hard disks. Highly recommended!

โ โ โ โ โ Importantly, I got all the photos from my memory card recovered at a competitive fees (based on the 4-5 enquiries I made around).
There's even pickup and delivery service! And no cost if data not recovered.
Staff was able to provide clear instructions to set up a case form and ask some questions for initial diagnosis.
Though there's some initial delay in pick up due to manpower challenges, things moved fast after the team started work on it.
Whole process from my contact with them to receipt of recovered device took around 1.5 week.
Overall Impressive and professional service. Thank you!!
