BLVD - 8 Marina Blvd

Went during office lunch hours with colleagues. Environment is nice and food is mediocre. S$18 for a-la-carte salmon.

Decided to grab coffee here because of their 1-for-1 promotion. Well, it turns out to be my worst decision in 2019. Firstly, we were told that there will be GST and Service Charge on the drinks because we are dining in. Honestly, that's fine but what happens next is that the waiter came over after 10 minutes to tell us, "Your drinks are ready. Please collect them from the counter." Okay, so service charge is just a convenient charge to pass on to your consumers nowadays? Secondly, the iced latte is literally 90% milk + 10% espresso. Just look at the color of the coffee in the attached picture and you can judge for yourself. In fact, it looks like "teh-bing" (iced tea with condensed milk) with LOTS OF MILK. Just when you thought it can get worse, we saw the waiter (same waiter) serving coffee to the guy sitting next to our table. And fun fact, he happens to be of a different race to my friends and me. It's really a disgrace that such a place is still in business. The least you can do if your coffee is bad is that you can offer better service to your patrons; The least you can do if your service is bad is to ensure that your food is good. Well, at least, we have proper seats to sit on. :)

A pub near Changi city point. Nice food and drinks. Service is good. We went there twice in last 2 weeks.

Mar 2019. Needed a drink again. And i was glad this bistro was so close to my office. I always liked Boulevard waitresses. Exuding femininity didn't have to come with short skirts and skin baring. Tight jeans were hot too. Cool place, windy, vast wine varieties and nice tapas were part of my great evening. ????

Thestaff kept harassing us every 15 minutes to order a drink, even though we ordered 4 rounds over an hour. Made for an unpleasant experience.

A happy lunch at Boulevard, the Satay was really good. A bit disappointed that a number of items on the menu weren't available (wanton noodles and fruit juices) A little hard to catch the attention of the servers while seated outside, but they were quick to top up water. CBD prices.

On entertainer app. On 1 for 1 main menu offer, they restrict most options. Luckily I checked before. Am a potential new customer who lives next door. No wonder this is the least popular of the 4 restaurants at mbfc ground plaza. Only caters to regulars from banks nearby.
