β β β β β Was referred to BMJ for post-op follow-up (rehab) after my ankle surgery. Bruno was accurate and very sharp in his analysis, and prescribed effective (and easy to learn) exercises that allowed fast and effective recovery, as well as to correct overall posture issues (to hopefully avoid the issues cropping up again). This allowed me to return to previous levels of activity gradually and with minimal discomfort and pain. Sessions were actually enjoyable and not stressful at all, due to his easygoing nature and clear explanations (and demonstrations) of what I was doing "wrong" so that I understood and learnt effectively. Constant checking during every follow-up appointment and adjustments to exercises to correct issues in my posture. Would strongly recommend Bruno to anyone who might need physiotherapy, for whatever reason.
Reception staff were efficient as well, especially whenever I had to reschedule appointments.

β β β β β I was referred to BMJ Physiotherapy by my orthopedic specialist. Senior Principle therapist Darek took care of my route to recovery with care and patience. He encouraged and help me throughout this period. I wouldnβt have achieved all my movement and strength of my left shoulder without him. Highly recommended for everyone.

β β β β β Best place for physio! If you can, look for Bernadine Lim because she was my physiotherapist and she was really professional, thoughtful and always went above and beyond for me as a patient. She was not just a physio but also a personal trainer and personal health advisor all in one! My slipped disc recovery was really fast because of the well-targeted treatment plan she crafted for me, which she modified along the way to tailor it to my personal capability and needs. I was honestly quite sceptical about what physio could do for me but Bernie changed that perception quickly! She not just helped me recover in record time (even my doctor said so), but also helped me build strength, build confidence to go back to exercising normally and even helped me resolve some other neck pain and toe problems I had. I seriously feel healthier and stronger than before (my injury) thanks to the wonderful rehab I went through under her. And most importantly, she makes physio a fun and enjoyable experience, and you will definitely not just gain a physiotherapist but also a friend. Thank you BMJ and Bernie for your help in playing such a huge role in my recovery!

β β β β β I have been experiencing discomfort around my hip area after a long walk and cycling. This discomfort lasted for months till I met Bruno. Prior to BMJ, I tried seeking short term relief from the body massage spa. While the massage sessions did alleviate the discomfort, the discomfort lingered. I am glad that I sought treatment at BMJ and have Bruno as my physiotherapist. He is experienced to identify the issue as hip tendonitis and recommended suitable exercises for recovery. I experienced instant relief in the first session. I am now back to long distance cycling without experiencing discomfort after 3 sessions. To add on, Bruno truly cares for his patients as he will constantly follow up with me on my condition and reply promptly to my questions. Highly recommend Bruno as the go to physiotherapist if you experience discomfort after sports.

β β β β β I would definitely recommend Darek Lam from BMJ for any physio needs. I was recovering from a bilateral Bunion and Flat-foot operation.
Dr Lam was professional and extremely reassuring when I had doubts about my recovery. He patiently explained the causes of the pains, taught me how to massage to release the pain effectively and showed me the exercises that helped to strengthen the muscles for walking normally again.
The counter staff were always friendly and helpful whenever I called and during my visits.
All in all, the experience was a positive one and I recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable physio.

β β β β β Bruno is the 4th therapist I worked with at BMJ and I'm so glad I met him. He's the only one who could tell me accurately my condition and how to improve it. After just 2 consultations with him, my golfer's elbow is almost gone. He recommended practical solutions to "fix" my issue unlike the 3 earlier therapists. 1 of them told me to hold a broom or golf club at the edge of the table to exercise my forearm muscles! (I don't golf at all) For every complaint I had relating to my condition, Bruno offered an "easy-to-apply" solution that works. I will definitely go back to him if I ever need physiotherapy again.

β β β β β Visited BMJ after my ankle surgery (ankle lateral ligament tear) and was attended by Physio Bruno during the 3 months post surgery recovery phase. His knowledge in the field and care for the patient is good, made me feel comfortable throughout the duration, and his physical therapy and training exercises has helped me get back close to 100%. Would highly recommend. Keep up the good work ?
