My specialist recommended Ain Hassan. She is friendly, caring, and professional. She has great attention to detail and knows exactly how to rectify my pain (pre and post shoulder surgery). She gave me set of exercises after every session to help me recover fast. My more than a year of therapy has ended, and I am feeling better now. Thank you, Ain. I appreciate your hard work.

The Physio Circle has a welcoming and cosy environment that made me feel at ease during my sessions. It is very well equipped, with all the necessary facilities to aid in my recovery. During my ACL recovery journey here, I was attended by Magdalene. She is an excellent physiotherapist who is attentive and caring to my needs. She demonstrates and explains the various exercises well, ensuring that I have done them correctly each time. At times, I was fearful/lacking confidence while doing the exercises. However, she has constantly motivated and assured me, building my confidence throughout the process. The tips that she have provided are also useful in accelerating my recovery process. Highly recommend Magdalene and The Physio Circle!

I had a few sessions at The Physio Circle as I sprained my back. I was attended to by Magdalene and I really enjoyed my sessions with her! She is approachable and caring and made me feel at ease during the sessions. I enjoyed the mobilisations that she did to help me improve the tightness in my back and I learned some exercises that I could practice on my own too.

I got tennis elbow injury from my boxing training and got recommended to see Magdalene at The Physio Circle. Best decision I've made! She located my damaged tendon area and derive a rehab plan for me. Her muscle massage is top notch! it's really helpful removing muscle tension around the tendon area, helping it to recover. Furthermore, Magdalene regularly checkup my progress and plan my daily rehab exercises accordingly. After 3 months working with Magdalene, my elbow injury is completely heal and even stronger than before!

Was experiencing a lot of setbacks in getting back into fitness after an injury, and was referred through a friend to Magdalene, one of the physiotherapists at the Physio Circle!! She has been very professional and attentive, and tailors each set of exercise to my progress each week. Few weeks in, I'm already feeling so much stronger and so much closer to getting back into running! Highly recommend this place (':

Had another very refreshed massage session by The Physio therapist MP today. Always feels so good! Followed her from her previous workplace for many years now, don’t think I can change to another therapist. She’s got her ”Goddess hands” that I don’t even need to say where the soreness is, she always pin points it and her thumbs are so strong! Getting pressed at those sore spots feels like being in the heaven and the hell at the same time indeed. Repeatedly visiting every 2-3 weeks, otherwise my back and neck are probably very dead by now.

Long over due review but better late than never! Treatment here is first class and I feel completely at ease the first time I came here for an initial consult on my shoulder rotation cuff injury. TLDR the stretches and tips on home exercises have been awesome in helping me recover from the injury and (gradually) build up the bulk of strength that I lost while sitting on the sidelines. Strongly recommend Shoban and calling in for an advanced booking! Plenty of parking slots if you are thinking of driving otherwise bus stop is just right outside and within proximity of NEX.

Magdalene was my therapist. I fell down from bouldering and strained my left leg. My leg felt very weird and certain movements were painful. I was very afraid that I tore my ligaments or tendons. Magdalene did a very thorough check on me and assured me that it was just a sprain. Thankfully for her, I could finally have a peace of mind. She then proceed on to release my muscle tensions and explained to me what caused the strain. She also taught me several post treatment stretches which had helped me a lot, long term. I recovered quite fast after my treatment and was able to go back to bouldering after a few days. Highly recommended place for Physiotherapy! The place was very clean and well equipped. Staffs were also very friendly. My therapist Magdalene was super knowledgeable and nice to talk to as well.
