Nothing special about the shop itself, it's meeting the expectations you may have from a BMW Shop. Depending on the salesperson you get, the knowledge level may vary a lot as per your buying experience (sometime it's more efficient to just read the docs on the official websites than ask questions). However, a 5 star rating for the motorcycle servicing : really fair approach on the necessary actions to be taken, they don't oversell unecessary stuff and they adjust to the customer. So a 5th star for this.

Good shiny bikes, and a great variety of options. But the sales staff wasn't very enthusiastic, even when I was there shopping for a bike. Ultimately, decided to go for a different brand. But BMW stuff is very tempting, and can't fault the machines on display there

Good service here. They are upfront about any cost involved and do give sound advice with no obligations at all.

Absolutely great experience. Be it service or troubleshoot. Had issues with ABS, speedometer and engine stall. They were spot on to troubleshoot. Riding back after a service .. bike sound like music to ears and gives that awesome feel good factor. job done to perfection. ?No going back for rework here and there.. Great customer service great bunch of technicians and representatives who really cares.

Having experienced cycle and carriage, I would say that fortunately I managed my own expectation. The price of vehicle does not translate into service speed or quality. Showroom A beautiful display of vehicles. The advisors mostly left me alone after exchanging some pleasantries which I do appreciate. There is no feeling of hard selling. The knowledge of the advisors varies though. I forgot that I was in BMW kingdom and made some comments that Japanese brands are more wallet friendly in terms of running costs and triggered a "no money don't come here" type of response ?. With this type of mindset, how are they going to convert inquiry into sales? Parts and Service on Whatsapp, the parts and service depts are separate. You need to ask one department how much the part costs and another department how much the labour costs. I suggest that you get your quote then make a decision to use their labour or not. If you do decide to use their labour, be prepared to wait 2 hours onwards.⌚ You may want to buy certain things from them instead of buying online, simply because they offer warranty. Conti stuff do not last in our climate.

Great selection with a lot of options! Staff are kind and helpful. I'm having an issue getting my bike through LTA due to some missing document, but Paul has been super helpful and informative. If not for him, I probably would've gone elsewhere just due to the wait. But regardless of my issue, great place to get a bike! Highly recommend.
