★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended for product or service. First CU broke down within 2 years. Changed to a new CU and power board spoilt within 6 months. This repair was done under warranty. The service personnel did not bring proper tools, and were complaining that the way our CU was positioned made it difficult for them to access the parts to get them changed. They used a flat screw driver to pry open the cover and damaged it in the process. When I asked them about the damage, one of them said "its ok, water will not get in". But that's not the point; the CU is new and I am surprised that the service personnel working for the main distributor does not have the proper tools. Quite shocking and disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ POOR after sales service (air conditioner). No Customer Service and Technical Support personnel seem to care about service and bother to pick up calls.. Calls are not put through as lines are perpetually busy. I hope Mitsubishi Management can attest to it by dialing in and see/hear for yourselves.

So have to call in during office hours, ask about cracked tier for my 1 yo fridge, and were told that they can't do any thing because they don't have spare parts.
So if it breaks then u have to live with it, without the middle glass tier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service centre for your Mitsubishi equipments. I find their stuff are normally of good quality and very lasting, with spares always available, except during this period

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I need the solution for my aircon.?I just purchased Mitsubishi aircon on March 2022 but the aircon make my life suffer because the sound is very loud until disturbing my sleeping. Your technician come to check and tell me that Mitsubishi aircon is noise nothing can do . ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't think they are able to meet the demand of consumers for aircon right now. I called the salesperson(Jenny) and stock keeper (Mr Chwee). I was informed that for now, if an air on dealer ask for 10 aircons, they can only supply 1. Very disappointed that my house aircon installation is incomplete because of this reason(shipment issues). I just feel that they should not take orders from dealers if they know they cannot supply. Really disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standard Service at call centre when i call for help for my fridge gasket
The Repair uncle came on time to settle my fridge.
He share tips with me about my fridge maintenance and he show me that its not my gasket that is faulty . its the plastic catch that is spoilt. He changed on the spot and i decided not to change the gasket after all since it is working fine. Good job. !!!!
btw, Mitsubishi only accept bank transfer. I use my UOB online- one time transfer. Fast n easy- cos they dun take PAYNOW or PAYLAH

Bought Mitsubishi aircon from courts, after installing there’s a humming sound. Called Mitsubishi technician, they came and just suggest how to sound proof the aircon box. When I requested for an exchange of compressor the technician mention that if Mitsubishi granted an exchange, we will have to get courts to install. So moving forward he told us to email Mitsubishi and the after sales team replied saying that exchanging is not their problem but courts.
If Mitsubishi doesn’t do exchange, why would Mitsubishi technician say things like that?
Spent so much time contacting Mitsubishi and after all that time and effort, they just tell you it’s not their problem when they could have said it earlier so I could have spend my time liaising with the right person.
Good job well done Aftersales and call centre ?
