Only for sending money. Can not take cash. There is no ATM here, you have to go to BNI Robinson to be able to take money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have very good staffs when I visited on 11 April 2017. Got an emergency request to remit money for my helper due to medical situation back home. Had remittance issues with DBS, but your staffs patiently helped me traced down the transaction even when it's almost closing hours time. Wonderful service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dissatisfied with this so called remittance service... transferred money at BNI lucky plaza to one of local bank in Indonesia yesterday noon, until now (+/- 20 hours) the recipient still has NOT received the money.
OTHER PLACE takes only 2-3 hours for the recipient to receive the money...
Bad service, Bad choice for money transfer..
better to find other places for the real time remittance service.
