★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was early Sunday morning for a walk around Boat Quay. Place was rather quiet and good for cycling/jogging. Only thing is cannot find decent local breakfast around this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to get some fresh air. Lots of drinks (and foods) options nearby, a bit on higher side. Good vibe. Sometime we can catch people dancing or singing. Lots of birds around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An early morning walk at Boat Quay along the bank of the Singapore River capturing whatever the beautiful warm light showcasing. Then again, it's also a terribly warm & glaring day and I had to pace myself as I'm breathing in/out hot air!
All the shops and eateries 'seems' closed, it's 7:30am after all! But taking an adventurous walk behind the shops exposes men at work, early at work! Delivery of foodstuffs, the howling suction sound at the kitchens while the cooks and chefs were busy preparing food. And so, you guessed it; it's hot and humid at the back lanes but that's where the great photo opportunities are!??!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to hang out and eat. There are many restaurants just in the side of the river and they have outdoor seatings as well. Even in the afternoon and hot sun, the breeze was there and windy.
Beautiful scenery as you enjoy your foods. Recommended place to visit to have a lunch or a dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful part of Singapore, lovely to hang around here day or night. By day it's quiet, but you can appreciate the colors of nature which contrast well with all the buildings around it, also can take photos of their reflection on the water. By night it is a famous night spot where people hang out for fine food and drinks. The lights are vibrant too for photos.
