β β β β β Thoroughly enjoyed the food! Nicely balanced flavours from very well thought through dishes.
I didnβt manage to take a proper photo of the cheese toasties because they were irresistible!

β β β β β The truffled cheese toasties are to die for!! Magical pairing of the in-house caramelised celery & shallots with the sourdough cheese toasties.
I also had the Norwegian Mackerel on a bed of fennel. The portion was just nice, not too big! An absolute dream ? canβt wait for the full menu to be available next week!

β β β β β Visited the newly opened Salt... and I will be back again!
Truffle toastie: Well-balanced flavour of cheese, truffle and onions. Incredibly in love with the sourdough bread. Must order when you are there!
Mains: We ordered the aged rump cap and tasmanian salmon (not pictured because i forgot haha). Was amazed at how the potato was neatly stacked! Also, the beef was a 5/5 for me, had the right amount of fats in it!
Drinks: Ordered the earl grey lavender and the hazelnut assam milk tea. The latter is a must try. No sugar but it tasted so good!

β β β β β Lovely restaurant serving quality and value for money food. Personal favourite was this chorizo financier. The homemade butter really compliments the cake and gave the flavour profile a good depth? Understand that they also have a range of alcoholic drinks. Canβt wait to come back to try the drinks!

β β β β β 1st time visit. Food choice is less. Not recommend come on weekend night for dinner. But, it's a good place for beers & bars bite after your dinner.

β β β β β Waited almost 30mins for my lunch of dried bak kut teh and was the only person in there. The price is reasonable or cheap given the location but the serving is quite small.
The bak kut teh was just OK and I would say pretty average but the wait time was not acceptable.

β β β β β Photo doesn't really do justice to the food, however I really loved the capellini dish. The bar bites were also amazing - they don't taste like normal typical bar bites, both truffle fries and chicken has their own flavour!
