โ โ โ โ โ Drinks are generally good but also did have once when drink was slightly subpar(i.e. Proportion could be done better as there is slightly with more milk than matcha for the strawberry matcha latte that slightly cover the matcha taste a little - still nice but could be better)... Some crew can be diplomatic when asking if you have ordered than on the face confrontation when you was jus walking ard the petrol station while waiting then come back to collect the drink... The upright order already kind of asking may come of as rude as tone matters... Still I love the brand and will still be back for my bbt

โ โ โ โ โ The bespectacled girl with colored hair is extremely rude and non-service oriented. If she does not like to serve customers, please ask her to get another job. Not only does she not smile, but her tonality towards customers is so unfriendly where it felt as if the whole world owes her a living. And I said thank you with a smile to her, all was returned from her was a black joker face and nothing else.
And when I decided to take a sip in my car, I realized the bag I was given was stained with brown sugar syrup all over, which in turn, stainrd my car's cup holder area.
This creature is a utter total disgrace to the service industry and 1 of the worst service I had ever received.

โ โ โ โ โ Car come here drink petrol, I come here drink milk tea. Nice and milky bubble tea! It tastes like Gong Cha milk topping. (different from gong cha milk tea, I'm referring to the topping) Tucked away in a corner of the Cheers convenience store in Esso petrol station. Quite a lot of flavours to choose from and sizes available are medium or large. Payment via cash or grab pay.
