Couple with delicious pizza, puff or pudding. This is definitely a new hangout out place with friends or family members. I am a big fan of brown sugar milk tea. Theirs are better than Koi..go try it yourself. Only takeaway for now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the refreshing calamansi drink that they have,a real thirst quencher. It’s not overly sweet and I finished 2 cups in an hour. Owners use fresh premium milk for the boba milk tea, it’s like drinking chendol, my fave dessert. Reasonably priced. Friendly owners.
