★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have attended Susanna’s Mindfulness Course and I truly wanted to share what a wonderful and worthwhile experience it was. Susanna is meticulous in her planning and presentation. You immediately feel as if you are in very good hands, so you can relax and really absorb the material. The course structure is beautifully described in her booklet, it’s concise and informative. I often refer back to my copy for tips. But the most important aspect of this course is that Susanna delivers it in such a calm and positive way that you know she lives mindfully too. It’s not just something she teaches - it is a way of life for her. Upon completing this course, I felt optimistic, refreshed and ready to embrace new experiences. I highly recommend this course.
