★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told that the delivery will be done between 4-8pm but only receive the fridge at 10pm plus. Then they also didn’t bring the rice cooker which they suppose to deliver on the same day. The delivery agent set up a day and time for rice cooker to be delivered, but it’s been a week, did not receive the rice cooker, nothing. When I ask the delivery agent, they say they will check. Bad management, didn’t receive any updates at all

Engaged in their service to transport my parents' new fridge, when comes to removing the old fridge(way small and lighted than the new fridge), they would charge $40 to move it into a neighbouring unit on the same floor. They would consider lending a helping hand until that $40 is paid.
Personally finds it disturbing that a company with such poor ethics exist.
Will never again purchase products that utilise such companies, for instance Hitachi.
