late delivery and wrong item delivered, after that dont want to solve the problem,they dont care customer's feeling, the driver attitude too bad, the boss also dont care ,haha super "gud", dont want to do any shipment with them again,bye !

i contacted their office in order to track my shipment and to arrange for D2D delivery. the customer service officer Citra (?) was rude and being unhelpful. never intended to get my shipment details and just kept saying will call me back in 10min. after waited for 1 hour without receiving any call, i called them back and another staff Nita picked up the call, she mentioned citra was out of office and straight away turned me away without even putting afford to get my details and help me. she even made an assumption that i had a failed delivery and accused me why i didn't pick up the call when they attempted to call me for delivery ??! how could you assume that there is a failed delivery without getting my item tracking number or delivery address or even my name ?
