Absolutely amazing! The place is good and staff are super friendly and the food is delicious. Must try the rolls. It’s definitely not like other expensive restaurants . I am definitely going back.

Made a delivery order at this place. One of the worst experiences I’ve had - food was more than an hour late and they didn’t even bother alerting me that there would be a delay. I had to call them multiple times and eventually demand that they contact the delivery rider and tell me exactly where he/she was. No sense of urgency or professionalism.

NEVER ever order from this place. I placed an order (which was my fault, I should have read their reviews on Google first) at 7:40PM on this Sunday as the delivery time shown was 35 minutes. I started calling the restaurant at about 9PM as I hadn’t received the order and the app was showing the person was on the way for the last 40 minutes. I was again and again told that the person that it will reach in 10 minutes. Around 10PM suddenly the app prompted that the order has been delivered, when I called the restaurant they said the person is still on the way, and they will get back to me with an update in 2 minutes. Neither did I receive a call back, nor did they pick my call. I informed Deliveroo, they said they will check with the restaurant and the restaurant told them 12 hours later that they had delivered the order last night. When I called the restaurant, they said that they don’t have any update on the delivery, and will call me back. After many many follow ups, I have strictly complained about them to Deliveroo, as the restaurant is not ready to give a refund. Please save yourself from the agony which I faced for the last two days dealing with these greedy people.

This is my first time ordering for Bombay Grill via foodpanda. My order came up to $50 worth of food. I would like to say that it is the worst Indian food I have ever had! The $8 raita was a very liquefied, tasteless yogurt with tiny bits of vegetables in it. I had to dispose of it. The Bento set is a joke! Because it was a set meal, I was given half a portion of rice with dal diluted with water and charcoal burned pieces of chicken coated with horrible tasteless butter chicken sauce. The Hyderabadi chicken drum biryani was just as horrible, there was only three small pieces of tasteless chicken hidden in the rice with nothing else. I am shocked as how Bombay Grill can serve this low quality of food! I FEEL TOTALLY CHEATED!! NEVER AGAIN!

Pathetic food and ridiculously slow delivery. I ordered food from grab and got to know that restaurant have there own delivery, they don’t hire grab riders. They took 3+ hrs to deliver the food, my lunch became evening snacks. I had to call almost 10 times to check with them when I order is getting delivered, every time when I called a new person will answer the call and they say in just 10 mins your food will be delivered. I ordered chicken dum biryani and the rice was not cooked. The Nav Ratna veg and aloo matar was tasteless. Please avoid this restaurant.

Definitely worth the visit! Great food, very good service. The people working there are not locals, I think they can’t read well, thus the numerous issues with wrong food being packed and delivered. I’d suggest to go there and try their food!

Nearby Boat quay... Great place to dine in.. and can order with panda, grab and deliveroo.. plus island wide delivery. Very popular too...

Honestly the food is as bad as what the reviewer mentioned. I thought is like so bad until like inedible. Anyways my friends and I love Indian food and we find that the Nann, butter chicken, curry chicken and chicken biryani is good. The amount looks small from the size of the bowl. But actually it feels us all 3 up. The price point is definitely higher but it's at the central leh...come on lah don't compare to other location. And their service is good. They are nice and serve you plain water. I would totally suggest you to dine in than take away.
