I pay you to solve my problem, not to create another problem to myself. Some lucky customer they can enjoy your good servic, but still can tell there is how many like for those bad comments, think b4 you pay for some service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During MCO, I contacted a few movers (including my own cousin). Some movers told me I cannot ship my electronics good. Some told me it is okay to ship electronic goods but they quote was quite high. Even though I was ready to pay as long as I can get my things shipped back, I didn't get their confirmation. Luckily I came across Boondeck Mover later. They were the first to confirm that they are able to move for me and the price was super reasonable as compare to others. Good and honest service providers should be highly recommended. I hope whoever are looking for reliable mover to move house cross border can find Boondeck. I would like to set the right expectation. I did not get my things back within the same day, although I was not told initially. But it was not a big deal as I still I got ALL my things back after few days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scheduled pickup on 27 Oct, BoonDeck make promise that my package will be deliver within 2 days to Johor, Malaysia. Only received my package on 2 Nov 9:30pm which took me 6 days to receive it. BoonDeck put the blame on custom clearance (take 3 days) & bad weather & can't find the given address (google map can find the given address without issue). Feedback to BoonDeck on 30 Oct, they promise will call the receiver number just 2 hours before delivery, end up also become empty promise ??? NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time using their services as it was introduced by a friend. Sadly and unfortunately, they are not as good as what it looks. Promised that my items will be delivered in 7days. Today marked the 12dsys, still nothing. WhatsApp them about the eta and no responses at all. Very disappointed and upset with their unrofessional way of services. Some of the items to be delivered back my hometown is for Chinese new year purposes. 5more days and it will be Chinese new year. Apologies if I sounded like I am very worried because Yes I am! Dint expected this at all. Afraid this will be my 1st and last time using their services. Very very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all cost!!! not professional when moving bulky items, DRAG is the correct word.. not carry or move with proper equipment! Avoid responsibility by dragging time to repair severely scratched flooring on tiles, marble and vinyl including capping!. Not even apologetic! Item was not even secured or packed! Even made a mess and just left.. engage at own risk!
