★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Product's great but clearly overwhelmed staff with no system whatsoever to manage orders. Needs to wait at least 15 minutes to place your order, then another 30 mins to get it if you're lucky

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Might be the most inefficient Boost store in Singapore. I have been to 7 different stores in Singapore. Long wait time and staff doesn't seem to care.
Makes it worse by the product being inferior to usual Boost standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a drink using Grab and Delisha, one of the staff provided a sweet and thoughtful note and helped to solve a challenge I had with my order.
Such service is rare. @Boost, kindly reward him/her due to a great staff, you’ve gained another regular customer :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad encounter at Boost waterway point my son bought 2 drinks at $5.50 each ( passion mango) he gave the cashier $ 13 but no change was given back yo him, my son ask for his change 3 times but the cashier insist my son only gave him $11. I was not there and found out about this incident when he got home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My drink was only 2/3 filled (I have no idea why). Raised it to Boost management by email, and they gave me a default 'thank you for your feedback' answer and just ignored me thereafter.

Wanted to order 5 a day juice n banana buzz
Staff told me no more, then check with them is all the juice sold out or just the 5 a day juice sold out.
Then another short hair lady staff come out to shout SOLD OUT, the juice is sold out!If u need it we need to prepare.
I just want to know which juice is sold out, why cant just tell me which is available n why u shout so loud for us to say sold out?
After the staff told me only 5 day sold out the banana buzz still available.
The staff is very unfriendly!
