★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2nd time visiting KSkin, and still loving it. It will be great if there is a sms notification option to notify us of the queue number so that the customers won't miss their queue number or need to wait outside the shop. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Q number was skipped when I was sitting nearby since there isn’t any seat outside the outlet. My Q number wasn’t even showed on the screen. I walked over when it was it my turn and suddenly the number changed to skip mine totally. 2 customers after me went in first. I think it’s ridiculous. I waited an hr already and they should at least showed my number on the screen before they skip me. At least to confirm that the customer wasn’t there. I was told to wait another 15 mins but in the end I have to wait 30 mins. Total waiting time was 1.5hrs and I was supposed 4th in the Q. But in the end I went in as the 6th person. My first time and bad waiting experience.
However the treatment feels nice. Done in 20 mins. Will consider gg again if no Q.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Waterway outlet. Place is really nice. I bought the acne facial with a brightening mask. The process was really quick, comfortable and I can see the brightening effect afterwards. Will definitely visit again. Do take note that they’d only offer to clean off light make up.

Their service is excellent too. I bought their highly recommended cleansing form, 24k Gold Serum and Face mask and these yield amazing result to my skin! Especially the Gold Serum, I apply it daily for past 1 week and could see that my skin is more radiant with glow. The sheet mask also hydrate my dry skin which make my skin feel more supple. Happy with my experience and I am heading down again for facial with my gf next week!
