★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service from staff by the name of aaliyah. I requested to use my own bottle for the drink and She helped me clean the bottle thoroughly afterwards as the drink had spilled on the outside. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally staff at J8 are efficient esp when there is only 1-2 staff BUT today x 3 n despite of my repeated 3 X request NO ICE acknowleding less in quantity, after 10.mins.waiting I was given with ice. I decided to accept citing " I hv requested NO ICE " while the lady staff had this " care -less" service attitude .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs here are really SLOW MOVING!!!! They’re just like flash in zoopia!!!! I understand that new staffs might still need time to get used to the working pattern but could u pls arrange the staffs in a more reasonable way? It’s so painful waiting for 10 minutes to just get an order!! ( and the staff also returned my change with wrong value!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This 5 stars is purely for the great service :) Bought a boost during my birthday and the cashier kindly told me that I could get it for free (if you signed up for their free membership). Was served warmly as well. I was a little too shy to ask for the name of the nice cashier but thanks for the pleasant experience! (9+pm, 30 Dec)
