β β β β β Was astonishing when I see major bad review here.
I'll give five star because so far I never encounter any unpleasant experience, and also the beverage was so delicious. It's good for them to install a self-order device to avoid any unnecessary arguement between customer and staff, wise move.
And hope this 5star review could cheer up the staffs, keep on keeping on.

β β β β β Decided to give it a go despite the dreadful reviews. 1) Lady at counter was perfectly nice in directing me in how to redeem my birthday voucher using the order screen. 2) I went at 9.20pm (yay) and amazingly there was still a queue but obviously just 3-4 people in front of me - minimal wait time. Wouldn't return at peak timings though. 3) The avocado coconut shake is delicious in my opinion! Creamy and lots of coconut flesh.

β β β β β Poor design of the stall, somehow the collection point and the queue is right next to each other and thereβs not much space to manoeuvre.
Service here is indeed slower than Luther outlets. Thatβs quite bad cos itβs a popular stall in Nex and I always see Safe Distancing Ambassador asking ppl to spread out. Drinks wise is ok but waiting time is really an issue

β β β β β Ordered Grab delivery from this Mr. Coconut outlet. While drinking bit on something hard and found out that there were fragments of coconut shells that were blended in the drink. I have drank so many other brands of coconut blends but never had such poor quality with shell. This is so dangerous. Many other negative reviews before me have substantiate this outletβs quality. So buy at your own risk.
