★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoy the smoothies and have had good experiences at other locations in Singapore. The reason for one star at this location is due to the bad customer service. I’ve been given incorrect change multiple times, have been overcharged for supplemental boosts, and the staff struggles to make your smoothie in under ten minutes if there is more than two customers in line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always buying here for take away, the service always very bad. The peeps doesn't even smile and ask how can they help. Today (26/11) I already ordered and just reading the promotional ads next to the payment counter, the staff (female) asked me to go to the collection area and wait for my order there. There was no other person on the line next to me. She is very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Living in Singapore long enough that I usually have no high expectations for good service or be bothered to even write a review. But this time it is so bad!!! They open at 10:00am when it’s already 10:05, I’m first in the line with a fuzzy baby, but patiently waiting for the staff to settle down everything. Then she started to playing her phone and I waited, thought maybe something important. Until it took too long I asked “are you open?”. Then she said “yes, but you didn’t say hi so I don’t know you want to order.” I was like seriously. Am I the person who is working here??? Probably the worst service I’ve encountered so far!! Boost management, if you are reading this. Please properly train your staff or find someone who have common sense before getting them on board!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst boost outlet that I have been to. When my order was done, the staff didn’t even bother calling me when I was standing right before the blenders until I asked.
I ordered watermelon lychee and when I had a taste, there was a very strong celery inside the drink! This makes me wonder whether their hygiene is up to standard.
