★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i can see the difficulties in maintaining the businesses however most of the people in the service industry are working hard results both long standings' recognition and/or money. nothing is gratuitous and i understand well. sometimes businesses need to be standardized while sometimes they are the standard themselves.
the first bite on the first piece sold of that day was memorable. the waffle texture was crispy, streamy hot infused pastry aroma. that was ordinary costed about 3.5$S. not the best but extra ordinary. the rest were under complained. still i could see the difficulties. however all i can say is love what you do if you do what you love. it is always never too late to change, to be free to do what you want to do, to be who you are.
