A nice and convenient store for my poultry or beef cooking needs. I like the brand image logo. It gives a nice feel for the store and adds a nice authentic reputation to it. (Cause usually the ones with names and logos are better and trustworthy in their business). I wish I knew the Uncle aka the Owner because reviews say he's amazing but sadly I don't know. I saw and knew his son though, Abang Ismail ?. The seller, Abang Ismail, was professional, friendly, polite and helpful. He knows his products well and was able to answer my questions and assist me since I had no idea what to buy. Like sort through my thought process. Yes, I'm a typical Millenial or Gen Z who never goes to the wet markets if possible ?. I generally am like this so it is great to have someone like Abang Ismail to help me. ???? Despite being busy, he still have a smile on his face... the best I could see because he's wearing mask of course. Apparently he has been helping out and working with his father, Pak Borhan for years already ever since he was in secondary school. This touches my heart because it is indeed precious to see youngsters (Millennials) carrying on the trade/business of the family towards a new generation. It is very rare nowadays with alot of traditional family businesses being close down because there's no successors. It takes courage and sacrifice to stay and carry on with this legacy. So kudos to Pak Borhan and Abang Ismail! ?????? May their business live long and keep up the good work!
