★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Yasu TV console from Sally at the Henderson branch. It was a very delightful experience as she gave us her full attention to help us select what we needed for our new home. Her after sales service was great as well as she took time to answer my queries. The delivery was quickly arranged within a few weeks from purchase and the delivery team had also exhibited excellent professionalism, which is one of the best I've experienced so far, compared to other furniture companies. All in all, awesome five star service from Born in color. Will definitely consider future purchases from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family was looking for a round dining table, and we saw a unique rotating/re-sizing piece on the Born in Colour site hence we visited the showroom in person. My children were able to try out the table and Sally who assisted us was very helpful in answering our questions. This allowed us to make a quick decision the next day to confirm our purchase.
In addition, after the table was delivered and installed, there was a minor fault with one of the edge pieces. I got in touch with the company and they sent their team who not just rectified the issue, but also helped to re-align the table and get it to a perfect state. Kudos to Zac and Kimber who helped with this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I visited the Henderson store a few weeks ago and was very impressed by Sally, her enthusiasm, her professionalism and helpfulness. We walked away with more items than we expected to buy! When at the shop, I also asked Sally for her recommendations as to which other stores we should visit to purchase other items and she very happily obliged with recommendations. Sally was also very good with after-service, promptly remembering to follow up with us as I said i might want to change a design of the bed frame we selected. She obliged with no hesitation and was also very helpful in recommending that we check with the mattress shop (we bought our mattress from elsewhere) as to whether a slatted bed base is a good for that type of mattress. All in all, a very pleasant experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ was introduced by Sofzsleep to Sally in the Henderson outlet after a bad experience with another retailer. my wife and I went down to test the bed; she was friendly and not pushy. bcos we only require the bed by end of the 2021, hence not in a rush and were waiting for a better deal which she advised. for months, she've been rly helpful and actively keeping us updated on their promotion. however, she advised on a price increase soon, so we decided to place an order for Trilogy King His/Hers before that happens.
Took delivery on Mar 2022 due to renovation delays. Delivery has abit of hiccups, they delivered Trilogy without His/Hers and came back the next day with the correct model but forgot the pillows. Delivered the pillows few days later. Although there were some logistic issue, but everything was rectified in a prompt and professional manner. Kudos to Sally and Sofzsleep team!

After sales: not sincere, almost laughable. Will blame you for product defect when I was just asking if someone can come and check the bed. Check was reluctantly agreed to but never scheduled despite asking for preferred dates.
Product: After just 10 months of sleeping with a creaky bed, it’s finally broken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service, delay delivery without notice (since 4 Dec 2021 , until today 18 Feb 2022). Better not try to order from this shop!!!
Delivery also cannot make it by sending the wrong items and need to reschedule the appointment. Hard to believe such a good review?
