★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selection is great and service staff are excellent at the Henderson store. I also enjoy the vouchers given when ordering through the app.
However, I can't give Toytag a positive rating simply because they have NEVER replied a single email before. Whatever the nature of your query is, they simply won't reply. It is very strange. Call to get service!
(edit: they replied one of my emails! But it was way too late lol I already placed the order anyway ?)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service from knowledgeable staff who takes time to recommend and explain the games. Shop has vast variety stock of board games. Worth a visit. If you drive, you can drive and park at their door step.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shipping takes abit of time. Sometimes the item isn't actually in stock and is on a pre order basis, though not stated on the website. However, it isn't an issue if you don't need the items urgently.
But!! Their packaging is impeccable and their customer service is also extremely friendly and helpful! Keep up the great work! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has an incredible variety of what you need with regards to tabletop gaming/board gaming. Also has some other toys too. Service was the highlight for me-the staff was very polite and patient with meeting my needs. Will come back here!

You need to head to 6th floor and then go near parking spiral.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to get board games. A huge number of options to choose from for all ages. Stem toy kits for kids were pretty impressive too. Though the online store listed all the games, the staff there was pretty helpful in giving me recommendations and suggestions. Would definitely recommend this place !!
