Very disappointed. Received order on 16thDec and wrote an email to complain on defects on 19thDec, only today operation team came over to inspect. Claiming it's factory issue. Hope management would address customer concern and get it fix ?. Status update of our initial review. We are disappointed with the quality of the product Beckitt Lux Sofa 3seater and the after sales service of Born in Colour. After they did an inspection on 4th Jan 2022, they confirmed the defect and promised to provide us with 1 to 1 replacement on Thursday 10th Jan 2022. However, last minute today evening before the schedule delivery date, Operation officer informed us through WA that the replacement product is also defective, so the option is either we accept the defective product with no more replacement or 15% rebate, which is not acceptable. We tried to call the operation officer however never picked up our call and only willing to communication through WA. The way they conduct the business and managing the customer is so unprofessional and not acceptable. Finally received full refund.

Initially I was frustrated with the lack of communication when BIC scheduled the replacement of the sofa on a certain day. It turned out that the admin and the delivery staff were infected with Covid-19 virus, but they responded patiently towards me via WhatsApp and clarified the situation. For that, I appreciated their good service. Very happy to receive the replacement sofa with an improvement – an additional leg in the middle of the sofa base to strengthen the durability. Thank you Kimber and your team!

We had an outstanding experience with Born In Colour. The shopping experience was wonderful as the staff at the retail store was friendly and helpful. They continue their friendly attitude throughout the entire experience. They even source a Carpenter to adjust the furniture to our needs. Although there was some setbacks upon receiving the furnitures, (broken glass, and stretches), Born In Colour did not hesitate to help us replace the damaged pieces. Would like to shout out to staff Sally Ho for going above and beyond for us. From retail shopping experience to receiving the furnitures. Her friendly and kind approach would be one of the key reason we return for future purchases.

We bought a recliner sofa. There were some faults with the mechanism at the start. However, the company was prompt in their repairs and took ownership of the problem. Very grateful for that! The servicepeople who helped us with our issue were also very friendly and helpful during the process. They delivered as promised and were on time for the appointment. They are all we can ask for. 5 stars to them! Thanks, Sally, for helping us resolve the issue. We look forward to a comfortable experience on this recliner.
