Dear Furniture mart owner, After reading through the 1 star reviews from many consumers' feedbacks, are you attending and assisting them to rectify the issues?? I just emailed you my feedback on yesterday delivery on the defects on the 3 doors wardrobe.Β  Apart from being late for the scheduled delivery timing (which is pretty predictable as most Furniture delivery are usually never punctual!) On that point, we still can tolerate and understand. However, delivering a brand new wardrobe that has rusty rod washers and key holder and including a patch work done at the side of a new wardrobe is totally not acceptable!! Moreover, your delivery guy placed the furniture outside neighbour doorway and broke and damaged neighbour's shoe rack and had no integrity to inform the resident and own up his action! As per today email, WhatsApp texts and phone call with your staff, she mentioned that she will revert back to us by tiday (your closing time is 7pm) i have not hear from any of you thus far! Hence, would appreciate if you can contact me soonest to resolveΒ  this matter! I truly appreciate that your management don't take advantage that full payment has been made at the point of ordering and delay the follow up action! Trust that your organisation still want to be in the business and pleaseΒ  improve your customer service ethics as an ethical l business owner! To consumers out there, please try to read google reviews before purchasing items as Google has this excellent platform to alert and help us!!! Otherwise, buy at your own risk!Thank you!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. Don't even deserve 1 Star. Very lousy aftersales service. Bought a set of dining table + dining chair from them. Only about 1 month 1 of the dining chair cracked when i sat on it (i'm 72kg). Advertise as 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects but when i Informed their after sales, they agree to replace the chair leg only and i still have to pay $30 for their transportation. Perfect example of ι»‘εΊ—... not gonna buy anything from them again..

Invoice No.: YS004897 Great customer service by Joey who tried her best to resolve my issues. But terrible products. I ordered 3 sets Benjamin bookshelves. When it arrived 2 out of 3 had laminate issues (see photos). From superficial scratches to gaps in between joints, these are supposed to be NEW bookshelves. Joey was nice enough to offer "new stock" replacement which took a week. When the new stock came, it was worse than the ones provided in the first place. The workers simply painted away the scratches and I was asked to accept it. For the low price, expect low quality as well. If you want something look else where.

They are just scammers. New wardrobe but does not look like one. Many scratches and they sprayed white paint to cover those damages on the surface. Bad service and delivery. They arranged 4-6 pm but delivered after 7:30pm. I suggest that the Company can just close.

Bought a bedframe on 11th of June. They called to inform me that they will deliver on 18th June, sat On 17th June, they WhatsApp me saying that there is a delay in Malaysia shipping... Obviously they don't have items instock.. relying on payment first then order from Malaysia.. N blame on Malaysia for delay in shipping. They said they will deliver on 21st june n delivering 7-9pm.. But guess what... It's almost 2mins to 10pm.. n no update from driver or the company. They don't deserve a star.. will definitely bring this to CASE.. if there isn't an update by 10:30pm.. If I know the Google review is superbly full of nonsense.. I would not have buy anything from them!

Their service seriously lousy! When I got my BTO on 2017 all my new house furniture I bought it from them. So I tot their service will be like the past. And this time I have bought a sofa and single bed mattress. They agreed to deliver on the 02/07 and didn’t turn up at all. End up rearrange on 05/07 late evening and was late on the promise timing. I will not purchase from them again.

Despite the bad reviews, my experience with furnituremart was great. The courier come on time and before come they sent text message to me. The transaction is smooth and the item i bought as good as in the picture.

Horrible experience. Website says that we can get the item within two weeks if we ordered within the time period stated. One day later, received a call from them saying it will be delayed a week because of COVID restrictions on importing things. If that was the case, the website should not have declared the receiving date as two weeks. The date they promised on the website is just to trick you into buying and then handle the longer delivery date by phone, as long as they've gotten your payment. They then extended the delivery date by another week claiming that the delivery person is sick. I called the company and the lady who answered was very rude. She just kept throwing the reason that it is because of COVID, and totally ignore the fact that they are misinforming their (potential) customers that they cannot deliver on the date as they had promised. I asked her if I cancelled the order, when will I receive the refund back. She simply said she will check and get back to me "later" curtly, and hung up the phone. Should've read Google reviews first because we didn't know how bad their customer service and product quality are apparently. If we knew the order was going to take a month to arrive, instead of the 2 weeks as promised, we would have just bought somewhere else. It would have been okay if they didn't promised 2 weeks delivery. Stop using COVID as an excuse to make people buy your products. Edit: ordered on the website on 22/9. Before ordering, the website claims that the wardrobe will be delivered by 6/10, which implies that 6/10 is the latest date. got a call the next day (23/9) that the wardrobe is delayed and will be delivered on 12/10 - is that not misleading your customers? On 11/10, received a text saying that the delivery date was delayed again to 17/10 because their driver is suddenly sick. Highly unlikely that there is only one driver, especially since the company misled us before we purchased. Left a review here and then they promised to deliver on 13/10. Update: received the wardrobe on 13/10. Delivery guys are as bad as the lady answering their hotline. The wardrobe came with obvious defects, for example peeling on the sides and delivery guy simply told us to burn it to fix it because the sides are laminated (lol). We told him that it will turn black, which it did, and then he asked us to tell "the office" with a smirk on his face. He then just left. I have never met a delivery person as bad as him. We called the hotline to tell them about the defects and they asked us to WhatsApp them the photos, which we did immediately after the call (13/10). They replied saying they will check for us which I'm not sure what are they even checking since we sent multiple photos. Until today (18/10), there has been no reply. Very bad service from the start till the delivery + low quality products.
