The Bosch washer I bought in early Jan tripped my power supply a week into use. I managed to restore power by flipping the circuit breaker switch and contacted Bosch Service Centre. A technician was deployed a week later. Without even conducting any technical diagnostic tests, he conveniently concluded that my power socket was damaged and connected the washer to another one. The washer did work and he told me to contact my electrician to repair the supposedly damaged socket. However, my power tripped again after a second wash and to my horror, flipping the circuit breaker switch couldn't bring it back. It was almost 6pm and Bosch Service Centre told me to contact my own electrician to restore power before night fall. They agreed to reimburse me the cost of repair if the washer was indeed faulty. I was thankful my electrician could make it over soon after. Luckily there was no major damage to my circuit breaker and I was charged $80. He also performed tests on the 2 power sockets and confirmed they were functioning properly. He advised me to contact Bosch to have the washer fixed. The same technician came the next day and insisted that my power sockets were damaged even after I showed him pictures of the diagnostics of the two sockets. He then performed diagnostics with his own gadget and confirmed the sockets were OK. I was just speechless that he did not do this simple test the first time. After checking the washer, he changed the capacitor and left without apologizing for his negligence. However, the washer again tripped my power the next day. Needless to say I was furious as the faulty appliance could potentially caused some serious damage. I insisted on an exchange and had to wait a week before Bosch sent me a replacement. And this was just before Lunar New Year when I had a lot of spring cleaning to do. Much costs were incurred to do my laundry outside. While Bosch Customer Service was generally prompt in their response, this particular technician was incompetent and dismissive. Had he been more thorough in checking the faulty washer, it would have saved me a lot of unnecessary agony, time as I had to take leave from work many times, and money. And to-date, I have yet to receive my $80 despite numerous 'it will be processed soon'. I really question the effectiveness of the whole company. For this reason, stay away from any Bosch appliance.

Bosch South East Asia is my previous employer. I love Bosch, including Bosch China. Even I got rechenchant (was laid off) 1 year ago without any reason after 10 years serving in Bosch. It was said the local (Bosch South East Asia) strategy can not support the team any more, not our fault. Never thought this would happen, but I thought the team had contributed the last loyalty kick to our employer, to me at least. Anyway I hope this would not become an unspoken pain :p Again, I love Bosch since I joined Bosch China in 2010. It was amazing career journals along with colleagues from all over the world, especially when closely working with those lovely seniors (mostly from Germany :)) and passionate coworkers. The Giant has very human friendly atmosphere and respects. Allow employees to grow. Stable and reliable. Surely it can get problem and trouble like human. Imagine how many people inside. How much more one can expect from Bosch? As an employer, the company tried its best. That's enough.

After reading all the negative comments will definitely skip Bosch for my Kitchen appliances at my New place.

There's a cafe inside Bosch,can be easily seem outside, the fish n chip was nice.. quiet ambience

Product is terrible. Bought a new dishwasher at 2k+, but when try it couldn't work. Wasted my money engaging contractor, carpenter, electrician and plumber to resolve Bosch dishwasher problem. The new product was unstably and filmsy when open and the new product have residue in the outlet ejected. In addition as you can see the new product have food residue and stained, there is also scratch marks. Contractors informed that this is not the first time they see such an inferior Bosch product. Call Bosch hotline couldn't reach, claim to reply through DM but no reply. I highly recommend not to purchase any Bosch product or Buy at your own risk.

I visited here to check if there is an showroom of power tools. The lady at the reception counter is very friendly. I give 4 not 5 because there’s no showroom showing the power tools. Updates: later, I found one hardware shop named Aik Chin Hin Machinery Co, phone 6483 5888. I bought my cordless drill and driver GSR120-LI there.

Had a terrible experience with the repair service. I requested for repair service from Bosch service center who came to check for the problem, he deduced there was an issue with the motherboard and the replacement will cost $300/- which we agreed to do. HOWEVER the repair man said he will return back to the company and "recheck the stock" and 2 months later still has still NOT gotten back to us. Furthermore, I contacted their customer service several times who also said they will check and get back to me. Big surprise they never got back to me. Would highly recommend you avoid their products for issues down the line
