β β β β β I had a hard time getting the Bosch Service Centre -BSH (Singapore) guys to fix an early appointment for my breakdown Bosch appliances repair. The average appointment given is about 10days later.
For instance my recent complaint on my dishwasher which is not working, I called up BSH service centre on the 29th September 2014, the appointment that I got is scheduled on 9th October 2014.
I think that's a way too long to wait for a repair/appointment.

β β β β β THE WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE EVER!!!!! I am from Singapore and I purchased a Washing Machine WAS 28448ME/07 from Harvey Norman, who introduced this as the most "trustworthy and reliable" washing machine in the market! Have been using it for 22 months without any problem. On 21st Oct, the softener pump gave way and we requested for service to be done. We were told the "next available" service date will be 28th Oct. I mean, seriously, for a tiny Singapore island, a service for washing machine need to wait 1 WEEK? Having argued but to no avail to BSH Singapore, we have to wait. (But all our previous brands of washing machines, service is either the same day or the next day, NEVER 1 Week!). When the the technician finally came on the 28th, he checked, did some things and told us we can continue to use the machine and he will return with the correct parts, IN A FEW DAYS' time. The next day, after our wash, the door refuse to open. We called the tech, and then BSH, and was told nothing they can do. We said the clothes will stink inside the washing machine, but they BSH, says nothing they can do. Have to wait for tech to come in the "NEXT AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT"!!! BSH is a stupid company! What kind of after sales service is this. I have since told all my friends, never to buy Bosch appliances because after sales service by BSH just sucks!!!

β β β β β Bad customer service. Constant battle with customer service department. I am told they will call back to make an appointment, but never do. Afterwards they claim no one answered (but no missed calls on phone) and that is the end of it for them. When you finally get an appointment by repeat calls , the technician doesn't show up, not even a call to cancel or say they are delayed. Is there an other retailer for Gaggenau in Singapore??

β β β β β Having used Tefal electric irons for the last twenty years, I decided to buy Bosch electric iron one more than a year ago as I was informed Bosch products are well made. It has been disappointing, within a few weeks, the top cover for water container became loose and will not close and kept flipping up when you iron. Last few days have been very scary for us, there are things burning inside the iron and the whole house smelled of burnt plastic.Calling the Service Center this morning was as disappointing as the electrical iron. The Service Center was unable to assist and was informed the technical support is a different center and they are unable to connect. I have to bring my electrical iron to the technical staff before they are able to talk to me.It would be good to have some feedback and cause for the failing electrical iron before we bring down.
It has been a bad experience buying Bosch product and the support staff.

β β β β β The aftersale service is totally unprofessional and a great disappointment! They made an appointment to come over for the repair of dryer but called 20 minutes prior to the appointment to inform us the costs of the parts and that they are unavailable. After having waited for almost 3 hours at home, this is what we got from them. No apologies given! The best joke was they still have to chic to ask if they are still required to come over ... FOR WHAT ???

β β β β β Bought a cooker hob 3 years ago. The gas outlet is melted within 3 years of service. Called to ask about it, was rudely told that since it is out of warranty will have to pay a service charge of $112/. Spare parts extra. If no spare parts are available then it is not their problem, payment of service fee has to be done. Rude customer service. Asked to speak with someone who could understand my problem. Still awaiting call back.

β β β β β Called the customer service hotline. Explained my situation clearly to the operator. First reply is βhuhβ. Totally unprofessional. Second response is, canβt do anything about it. Period. No offer of alternatives or whatsoever. Probably need more training in customer calls. Totally disappointed. No doubt Bosch has good reputation for quality products but wondering if I should continue to buy Bosch products since their support is lacking.

β β β β β My compliments to Benjit and his team from BSH. I have a problem with badly stained washing machine door rubber seal. I went to BSH website to request for service and I received a reply promptly to arrange an appointment. Benjit arrived on time, diagnosed the problem as excessive washing powder, replaced the seal and advised me on prevention measures. I am impressed by his professionalism, service excellence and work quality. I would recommend BOSCH product and services.
