Pleasant restaurant right on the river. They have a BOGO deal for cocktails on Wednesdays. The drinks are prettier than they are tasty though. I tried the Impossible Mapo Tofu Bowl, which was surprisingly good (but not authentic). A very slight spice and not too oily for those health freaks out there.

Due to covid , we r happy that we can finally meet up for a bday celebration. We brought own cake as we are celebrating a friend bday. Unfortunately the restaurant do not allow us to cut n eat the cake at the restaurant. They only allow us to bring out the cake for photo taking. Such a disappointment. Food is ok but there are better choices for the prices charged. Interior decor is pleasant. What drive me up the wall ? The restaurant closed at 10 pm but the staffs stopped the music at 940 pm and they are sitting around in the restaurant , waiting for us to leave ...we wil nv come bk again .. there are definitely better choices with better service . We read good reviews on the restaurant.. it is a pity that we are served in this manner.

Extremely satisfied with the food, service and space. I had the Impossible Thai Basil, I couldn't even tell that it was not real meat. Really impressive. Staffs were really friendly too. Kudos to Aldreen and Ken for their amazing personality. Will come back again as I saw people working here and it seems like a good place to get my work done as there is many greenery.

We love the pets there and amazing ambience! We had the DIY breakfast and we have no regrets being here. Staff were extremely attentive and polite as they kept checking up (in a good way) on our table to see if we need anything. Food was really heavenly and there is free wifi and multiple charging points? Definitely coming back to do work here on a weekday.

Parking available at the back of the restaurant. Pet friendly and the staff are very attentive and friendly. Always around to make sure orders are taken quickly and the whole place looks really clean and well maintained. Food on the other hand is just average but on the whole still a very nice place to have dinner at.

BOTANY in Robertson Quay was our designated meeting place for a brunch rendezvous with an old friend and her toddler. Nestled between other eateries, and right on the riverfront, the ambience was green and welcoming on a hot and humid day. We opted to sit indoors where it was cooler. We ordered the Avocado on Sourdough Toast and the Steak and Eggs. Both were delicious. The Steak and Eggs need special mention. It was medium to well-done just the way I like it and the eggs were perfect. The Boss Baby did justice to his Brownies and Icecream with Orange Juice and demolished his way through the food, like a true boss! All in all a great meal!

We pass by here all the time and decided to stop by for a quick lunch. The location is nice and they have ample indoor and outdoor seating. They also offer all-day brunch, though the value proposition is a little questionable, especially for the β€œtoasts”. The menu is by QR code, which isn’t helpful since the formatting is totally unsuitable for reading on a small screen. Ordering and payment are traditional, which is good. We had the Balinese chicken and the duck confit. The chicken was really good. The duck was super salty throughout and not recommended. I liked their water as they seem to flavor it with a bit or orange. Their cheesecake looked nice but we didn’t try it. Maybe next time. The menu itself isn’t actually very big and the place feels like it lacks an overarching concept or theme, so we both had some difficulty choosing our mains, and they have too many β€œImpossible” items on it. It would be better to offer these as regular meat dishes with a vegetarian option. Service was average, neither good nor bad. Overall, looking at the reviews of this place, the 1-star ones feel a bit harsh. I’m giving it a cautious three for now. Will update later if we go back and try more.

Dropped by for brunch and managed to get indoor seats without reservation. The interior is nicely decorated with chill music playing in the background but not really a good place to do work if you need to take calls as the music is pretty loud and there's a lot of chattering going on. Food pricing is on the high side so I had higher expectations but left the place feeling disappointed with the food. Signature grilled chicken with Balinese Salsa was very normal. Surprised that it came with rice as it was not stated in the menu. Only enjoyed the salsa sauce. Steak could be improved on. Nacho was dusted in powder and coated in oil. They only provide napkins here so you may want to think twice before ordering this as it is hard to eat using utensils. Great spot to chill but food can be improved.
